How to use the service

Very effective. A gigantic cockroach somehow crawled all the way up 40+ floors and tormented me by crawling just out of squishing distance, in and out of the wall AC unit. The exterminator arrived within 30 minutes from the time I booked the appointment online and sprayed herbal spray and placed bait around the house to kill it and others that may have been lurking. I am very thankful for the quick and effective service.

Communication was smooth and the staff who came to my apartment was super polite and did a very thorough job in spraying the whole area. I saw many dead cockroaches the next morning, which made me very happy (although disgusted). Haven't seen any cockroaches since we had the service (although it's only been a week).
